Shipping Info

We are an Australian retailer located in Sydney and we never ship from overseas. We normally use Australia Post's fast, reliable and secure eParcel Delivery Service to ship products. Occasionally, we may choose to deliver any items by courier. 

We are only able to ship to Australian addresses and we do not ship overseas, including New Zealand. Please note that we do not normally deliver to PO Box addresses. However, we do understand that for many people a PO Box is the only way of receiving mail. You can request a PO Box delivery by contacting us before placing an order.

Shipping Methods & Charges

Pick-up - Free on all orders
Standard Shipping - $11.95 per order
Fully Insured Shipping - $15.95 per order (recommended)



  • Location: 681 Botany Road, Rosebery NSW 2018.
  • This option allows you to collect your order from our store in Rosebery. Items that are in stock will usually be ready for pick-up within two hours. All payments must be cleared prior to collection of orders (EFT may take up to 48 hours to clear).
  • Important: To pick up your items, you will need to bring the credit card used for payment (unless you selected a different payment method) and a valid photo ID. You will receive a Pickup Notification email when each item becomes ready for collection. Please wait for the Pickup Notification email before coming to collect your order.

Standard Shipping (signature required)

  • A tracking number is provided when your order is despatched from our warehouse. Please note that Standard Shipping is an uninsured shipping method. By choosing this shipping option, you agree that if the package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, you will not hold CamBuy responsible for the loss. We will not re-ship the item for free, we will not provide a refund, and we will not provide a credit. However, we will do our best to assist you locate the package.

Fully Insured Shipping (signature required)

  • A tracking number is provided when your order is despatched from our warehouse. By choosing this delivery method, CamBuy is responsible for following up with the shipping carrier, and CamBuy is responsible if the shipment is lost and/or damaged in transit. If your package is insured and is lost or damaged we will re-ship the item for free after confirming the loss or damage. If we are unable to re-ship the product, we will offer a refund after a successful insurance claim.

Estimated Delivery Times

Deliveries usually take 1-4 days to New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, and Victora. It might take up to 5-9 days if you live in certain parts of Northern Territory, Queensland, and Western Australia. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing an order to ensure there is stock available for immediate despatch.

Our estimated shipping time includes the time it takes to process, pack and dispatch your order, as well as the time it takes to deliver the product to you after it has left our premises. Shipping time commences on the business day after your payment is approved and for remote areas it may take up to ten days for you to receive your order.

Please note that the delivery of certain items temporarily out of stock may take longer than specified above. In these rare cases we will contact you with the estimated time of delivery within 3 business days of your purchase and you will have the option to cancel your order if the time frame is unsatisfactory. Special order items are already shown with an estimated time frame on their product page so we do not contact our customers with an ETA on those items. Special orders are placed on our customers' behalf and cannot be cancelled.

You are able to give delivery instructions on checkout to assist Australia Post (or any other carrier we may choose) with deliveries. Please note that delivery drivers are normally unable to contact customers by phone before deliveries.

Acceptance of Delivery

On delivery, the carrier will endeavour to obtain a signature from the person who received the parcel at the address for delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the products we be presumed by CamBuy to be authorised to receive the products.

If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left behind by the carrier advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office. In case of an unsuccessful delivery by courier, they may charge re-delivery fees, which we are unable to refund or credit.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery or attempted delivery of the parcel by the carrier to the nominated delivery address.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order with CamBuy Camera Store. We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect or incomplete address being entered on your order. If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect or incomplete, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, your order may be lost or returned to us for a fee that you will be required to pay for before your order can be shipped to the corrected address.

We strongly encourage our customers to check the package and the product(s) against any damages in transit on delivery before your signing to accept the delivery of the item(s). Report of such damages must be made via email within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made beyond 48 hours.
